Big Art Show

Events and Gallery Hours thru March 30

The Piedmont Arts Fund’s 3rd annual Big Art Show, will take place at the Piedmont Center for the Arts.

Gallery hours will continue through March 30. (See Schedule below)

The event is a celebration of artists in the community and a fundraiser for the Arts Fund. The March 16 opening will also double as a reception for the Piedmont’s Got Talent show taking place at 4:30 p.m. that day one block away at the Veterans’ Memorial Hall, 401 Highland Avenue.

Ceramic garden flowers will be available for purchase at the opening and during gallery hours. Art may be purchased on the spot and online at https://pef.schoolauction.net/paf/catalog.

Donations are welcome.

The Big Art Show will feature community artists including accomplished students. Half of the proceeds will benefit the Piedmont Arts Fund, and the other half to the artists.

The Piedmont Arts Fund supports visual and performing arts at all grade levels of Piedmont schools.

Special activities are planned for the public during gallery hours, including cartooning with Marvel Comics illustrator Yancey Labat, silk screening, watercoloring and quilt-making.
