The Piedmont Players

The Piedmont Players, established in 2013, is the resident theatre company of The Piedmont Center for the Arts. Presenting quality contemporary theatre in an intimate setting, the company has brought back live community theatre to the city of Piedmont. The Piedmont Players provide a creative theatrical outlet for the many actors, writers, and directors in our midst. The Board of Directors is made up of Artistic Director, Michael French, along with Deidre Brodeur Coen, Nancy Lehrkind, Stephen Rexrode, Sharon Huff Robinson, Michael Sally, and Gautam Wadhwani.

Incorporating the challenges of the Piedmont Center’s space in a multitude of creative ways, the company’s productions have included “Queens of France”, God of Carnage”, “The Heidi Chronicles”, “Opus’, and “Distracted”.
